By placing a booking, paying a deposit/fee, or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Where mandatory consumer laws in your jurisdiction differ, those laws prevail.
“We/Us/Empire Limo Transfer”: Empire Limo Transfer, its branches, authorized agents, and partner carriers.
“You/Passenger/Client”: The individual or business account that makes a booking and/or uses the Service.
“Transfer/Trip”: Point-to-point rides, airport transfers, hotel/port/sight transfers, or hourly/as-directed charters.
“Vehicle Class”: Sedan, SUV, MPV/Van, Luxury Sedan (Limo), VIP/Executive.
“Flight Monitoring”: Reasonable tracking of publicly available flight data to help coordinate pickup times.
“Worry-Free Add-on”: An optional upgrade (where available) that includes Unlimited Wait and flexible change benefits (see §§6–7).
We operate and dispatch in multiple countries and regions worldwide. Availability depends on search results and booking confirmation at the time you make a reservation. Example service areas currently include major cities such as New York, Los Angeles, Orlando, San Francisco, Honolulu, Boston, Las Vegas, Tokyo, Osaka, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Beijing and other destinations shown on the Website; coverage may change over time.
Service types include airport transfers, point-to-point rides, hotel/attraction/port connections, as well as corporate/event transportation.
You must provide accurate, complete information (name, contact details, passenger count, luggage count, pickup/drop-off addresses, flight number, etc.).
Some bookings may require full prepayment or card pre-authorization/deposit to secure vehicle and driver availability.
Enterprise or group clients may operate under a separate master agreement; where inconsistent, the signed agreement governs.
Prices are those shown/confirmed at booking, and may vary by time window (peak/night/holidays), supply and demand, or local policies.
Quotes typically include base mileage/hours and standard taxes. Common exclusions (which may be itemized on the order or charged post-ride) include: tolls, airport/parking fees, extra waiting, extra stops, overtime/over-mileage, holiday surcharges, cleaning/damage fees, and gratuities.
Settlement currency and exchange rates follow what is displayed/confirmed at checkout.
Standard included waiting (unless otherwise stated on your order):
Airport arrivals: 90 minutes for domestic flights; 120 minutes for international flights. Clock starts at actual arrival time.
Ports (cruise terminals): 20 minutes of free waiting time.
Worry-Free Add-On Service (Unlimited Waiting)
After upgrading to this service (where available), airport pickups include unlimited waiting time.
Overage & No-Show Policy
If waiting exceeds the included limits (and you have not purchased the Worry-Free Add-On), waiting time is charged at US$2 per minute or the locally applicable rate. We may, at our discretion, treat the trip as a no-show and the fare is non-refundable.
Before driver dispatch, you may request changes via the Website or customer support. Any fare difference depends on the new route/time/vehicle.
With the Worry-Free Add-on (where available), you may change without additional change fees (within a reasonable scope) before dispatch. Late changes (when the driver is en route/on-site) may incur re-assignment and dead-run charges.
Standard cancellation window (unless otherwise specified on your order):
Sedan/SUV/MPV/Van/Limo: Cancellations within 24 hours of pickup incur 100% of the fare; cancellations 24+ hours prior are fully refundable.
No-Show: If we cannot reach you (phone/text/in-app notice) and you are not present at the meeting point after the included waiting time has elapsed, the ride is treated as a no-show and charged at 100%.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method; timing depends on your issuer/payment provider.
We may use flight monitoring to help coordinate dispatch and pickup times within reasonable limits; however, airline gate changes, customs/baggage/security queues and other factors may create additional waiting or require re-assignment.
We are not liable for delays, route changes, or cancellations due to force majeure (including but not limited to severe weather, accidents, demonstrations/road closures, government actions, public health events, or critical infrastructure failures). Actual costs already incurred (waiting/mileage/parking, etc.) may still apply.
Please choose a vehicle class that safely accommodates all passengers and luggage. Drivers may refuse to transport overloading or hazardous/illegal items.
Oversized/special items (e.g., surfboards, skis, large instruments, equipment) must be declared at booking and may require an upgraded vehicle or add-on service.
Child safety seats/booster seats are available for a fee. Please specify the child’s age and weight when making your reservation.
Accessible vehicles (e.g., wheelchair-capable) require advance confirmation of availability and pricing.
Seat belts are required at all times. Smoking and illegal substances are strictly prohibited in vehicles. Alcohol carriage/consumption must follow local laws.
Drivers may refuse service or terminate a trip for safety/legal reasons (e.g., violence/harassment, endangering road safety, severe soiling). Fees incurred remain payable, and cleaning/damage charges may apply.
Unscheduled extra stops or reroutes are chargeable per city/vehicle standards as additional mileage/time or per-stop fees. Any associated waiting counts toward waiting charges.
To ensure coverage and efficiency, rides may be fulfilled by our own drivers or by vetted third-party partner carriers. Licenses, insurance, and vehicle inspections must comply with local regulations. Your counterparty may be an Empire Limo Transfer partner carrier.
Supported payment methods are those shown at checkout (commonly major credit/debit cards).
Incidental/Additional charges (waiting/tolls/parking/cleaning/damage/extra stops, etc.) may be charged to your authorized payment method. If payment fails, we may suspend future service and pursue collection.
Receipts/invoices can be requested during booking or via support.
Promo codes/vouchers/offers are valid only within their stated terms/periods, may be city/vehicle/date-restricted, are non-cashable, and may not be combinable with certain promotions.
We process personal data per our Privacy Policy, and share only what is necessary with drivers/partner carriers to perform the Service. Please refer to the Privacy Policy posted on the Website.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
We disclaim liability for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential losses caused by traffic/weather/third-party events (e.g., missed flights/cruises, lost business opportunities).
Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant trip.
You are responsible for your belongings. We will use reasonable efforts to assist with items left in vehicles, but assume no custody or compensation obligation.
If you have concerns about the Service, contact support within 7 calendar days after the trip with your order number and evidence.
Disputes should first be resolved amicably. Failing that, the parties agree that New York law governs and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New York County (Manhattan), without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Mandatory consumer rights may apply.
Text, images, trademarks, and software on the Website are protected by IP laws. You may not copy, scrape, redistribute, or use them for competitive purposes without authorization.
You may not disrupt the Website, attempt unauthorized access, or make fraudulent bookings.
We may update these Terms from time to time and will post the “Last updated” date above. Continued use after publication constitutes acceptance.
If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect; the invalid portion should be replaced by an enforceable provision that most closely reflects the original intent.

The special notes in your booking confirmation (e.g., airport/parking/toll standards, holiday calendars) take precedence.
New York City (NYC): Certain bridges/tunnels/toll roads are charged as incurred. JFK/LGA/EWR may collect airport access or parking fees. Major event days (e.g., US Open, Times Square NYE) may trigger temporary traffic controls and surcharges.
Los Angeles (LAX): Pickup points and parking charges follow current LAX/LAX-it policies.
Orlando/Las Vegas/Honolulu/San Francisco/Boston: Major conventions/events may cause peak surcharges and longer waits.
