This Privacy Policy explains how Empire Limo Transfer (“Empire Limo Transfer,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use our website (the “Website”) and our booking and transportation services (the “Services”).

By creating an account, placing a booking, or otherwise using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy. If mandatory laws in your jurisdiction provide stronger protections, those rights prevail.

We process personal data for:

  • Provide and manage the Services (create/modify bookings, dispatch drivers, coordinate pickups, and flight monitoring).
